Integrative Therapy
Integrative therapy uses listening, light touch, breath, sound and guided imagery to release physical and emotional tension. It resolves problems and encourages deeper awareness of bodily feeling and self. This gentle, yet powerful, therapy is a combination of techniques from bodywork, psychotherapy, energy therapy, and hypnotherapy. This approach is especially useful for chronic emotional or physical pain or illness that have not been helped by other, more traditional treatments.
